LT2101 is specially designed for on-site packaging, export packaging, and fragile item protection. It is suitable for handicrafts, ceramics, glassware, electronic components, optical instruments, medical devices, precision instruments, and military equipment.
Compliant with the latest European and American environmental standards, it offers ease of use, cost effective, excellent moisture and mildew resistance, high impact recovery, and is fully eco-friendly.
Engineered for efficient and reliable packaging, LT2101 ensures optimal protection, durability, and peace of mind for delicate items during handling and transport.
Control Tests
The main testing parameters include reaction characteristics such as cream time and fiber time, and the core density of the free-rise foam.
Test Method: 120 g of total material at 25°C is poured into a 500 ml plastic cup to observe reaction behavior.
| Parameter | Value |
| Agitator Speed (rpm) | 1000–2000 |
| Agitator Diameter (mm) | 50 |
| Mixing Time (s) | 2–6 |
|
Notes: After mixing, pour the mixed ingredients into a new cup. |
Reaction Results
| Test Item | Reference Range | Unit | Test Result |
| Cream Time | 5–15 | s | 8 |
| Fiber Time | 20–40 | s | 35 |
| Tack-Free Time | 30–50 | s | 40 |
| Free-Rise Density | 6–12 | kg/m³ | 9 |
Notes: Test temperature: 25°C, and mixing ratio P: I = 100:100 (P= LT2101, I = Polymeric MDI)
Typical Foam Properties
