Compatible with a wide range of polyurethane spray equipment, it provides an ideal solution for industrial and commercial insulation projects requiring durability, energy efficiency, and superior application performance.

Control Tests

The main testing parameters include reaction characteristics such as cream time and fiber time, and the core density of the free-rise foam.

Test Method: 120 g of total material at 25°C is poured into a 500 ml plastic cup to observe reaction behavior.

Parameter Value
Agitator Speed (rpm) 1000–2000
Agitator Diameter (mm) 50
Mixing Time (s) 2–6

Notes: After mixing, pour the mixed ingredients into a new cup.

Reaction Results

Test Item     Reference Range     Unit      Test Result
Cream Time 2–6 s 3
Fiber Time 6–12 s 7
Tack-Free Time 7–14 s 8
Free-Rise Density 30–40 kg/m³ 31.8

Notes: Test temperature: 25°C, and mixing ratio P: I = 100:100 (P= LT1301, I = Polymeric MDI)

Typical Foam Properties
