LT1601 – Polyether Polyol

LT1601 is a premium two-component polyurethane system formulated with polyether polyol, polyester polyol, foam stabilizer, catalyst, blowing agent, and flame retardant. Combined with polymeric MDI, it delivers superior insulation performance, excellent processability, and long-term durability.

Isocyanate Component
Isocyanate: Polymeric MDI

Applications & Key Features

LT1601 is specially formulated for the production of lightweight decorative components, including moldings, column capitals, and light panels.

Compliant with current European and American environmental standards, it provides excellent flowability, low density, high strength, fine and uniform foam structure, bubble-free performance, and superior adhesion to surface materials.

Designed for efficient and reliable production, LT1601 ensures consistent quality, durability, and excellent aesthetic finish.

Control Tests

The main testing parameters include reaction characteristics such as cream time and fiber time, and the core density of the free-rise foam.

Test Method: 120 g of total material at 25°C is poured into a 500 ml plastic cup to observe reaction behavior.

Parameter Value
Agitator Speed (rpm) 1000–2000
Agitator Diameter (mm) 50
Mixing Time (s) 6–10

Notes: After mixing, pour the mixed ingredients into a new cup.

Reaction Results

Test Item     Reference Range     Unit      Test Result
Cream Time 12–20 s 16
Fiber Time 70–100 s 80
Tack-Free Time 85–130 s 105
Free-Rise Density 45–80 kg/m³ 65.8

Notes: Test temperature: 25°C, and mixing ratio P: I = 100:110 (P= LT1601, I = Polymeric MDI)

Typical Foam Properties

Property  Typical Value
