LT1201 is a premium two-component polyurethane system formulated with polyether polyol, polyester polyol, foam stabilizer, catalyst, blowing agent, and flame retardant. Combined with polymeric MDI, it delivers superior insulation performance, excellent processability, and long-term durability.
Isocyanate Component
Isocyanate: Polymeric MDI
Applications & Key Features
LT1201 is specifically developed for high-pressure foaming applications, ideal for manufacturing:
• Cool room and cold storage panels
• Truck and container body insulation boards
• Large box-type foam blocks
• Building partition and modular housing insulation
Engineered for large-size and complex panel production, it offers outstanding flowability, lightweight performance, high structural strength, and excellent thermal insulation efficiency. With its superior adhesion and stable foam structure, the product ensures long-lasting durability and energy savings.
Widely applied in building insulation, prefabricated housing, cold storage facilities, refrigerated trucks, equipment enclosures, and low-temperature laboratories, it provides a reliable solution for projects that demand high performance and exceptional insulation results.
Control Tests
The main testing parameters include reaction characteristics such as cream time and fiber time, and the core density of the free-rise foam.
Test Method: 120 g of total material at 25°C is poured into a 500 ml plastic cup to observe reaction behavior.
| Parameter | Value |
| Agitator Speed (rpm) | 1000–2000 |
| Agitator Diameter (mm) | 50 |
| Mixing Time (s) | 6–10 |
|
Notes: After mixing, pour the mixed ingredients into a new cup. |
Reaction Results
| Test Item | Reference Range | Unit | Test Result |
| Cream Time | 10–30 | s | 23 |
| Fiber Time | 80–150 | s | 120 |
| Tack-Free Time | 110–200 | s | 145 |
| Free-Rise Density | 22–30 | kg/m³ | 25.6 |
Notes: Test temperature: 25°C, and mixing ratio P: I = 100:115 (P= LT1201, I = Polymeric MDI)
