Cold Storage Project, Weizhiyuan Food Co., Ltd. (Hunan)
The cold storage facility, with a capacity of 50,000 tons, was completed in three phases—2017, 2020 and 2023. Guangzhou Litai participated in the insulation design and executed the polyurethane spray insulation works.
The PU spray insulation delivered exceptional thermal performance and airtightness, ensuring reliable and energy-efficient cold storage for the client.
Qianlong Cold Chain Storage Center, South China City Group (Shenzhen)
This cold storage complex covers 55,000 m² across six floors. Construction began in June 2021 and was completed by December of the same year. Guangzhou Litai was fully responsible for the polyurethane insulation works, delivering an integrated solution covering design, materials, and construction.
The advanced PU insulation system greatly enhanced energy efficiency and operational reliability, earning strong recognition from the client.
Cold Storage Project, China Chili City (Guizhou)
With a total capacity of 300,000 m³ and 100,000 tons of storage, this major project is being completed in four phases. Guangzhou Litai successfully completed the insulation works for the first two phases in 2017 and 2018.
